Who we are
Data Health Flow - DHF Saúde - is a Brazilian technology company dedicated to the digital transformation of municipal public health management. We built a proprietary SaaS platform that combines artificial intelligence, WhatsApp communication and real-time data analytics to modernize the operations of Municipal Health Departments within the SUS (Brazil's Unified Health System).
Founded in Campina Grande, Paraíba, DHF Saúde grew out of a structural gap: public health management lacked digital tools that were accessible to the real SUS population - rural, elderly, low-income - and analytical instruments that allow decisions to be based on data, not just on retrospective records.

Our approach
The DHF Saúde platform runs on six technical capabilities integrated into a single proprietary architecture: a multimodal conversational channel via WhatsApp, document triage through OCR and computer vision, real-time geo-referencing of demand, Celina, an artificial intelligence assistant specialized in SUS public health, audio transcription for universal accessibility, and identity validation via the SerPro API. The entire architecture is built in strict compliance with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
Choosing WhatsApp as the operational backbone is not only a technological decision: it is an epidemiological one. With over 90% penetration among Brazilian adults, the app removes the main barrier of digital exclusion in conventional health solutions, without requiring citizens to install new apps or change their behavior.
Proven results
No-show reduction in a semi-arid municipality - 18 months of continuous operation
30% → 12.44% no-shows
Over more than 18 months of continuous operation in a municipality in the semi-arid region of Paraíba, DHF Saúde reduced the no-show rate for appointments, exams and procedures from 30% to 12.44%. The system's citizen approval rating, measured by a probability sample survey of 420 users, reached 86%, with an upward trend over the period.
These results are not projections. They are auditable evidence, drawn from the platform's management dashboard and validated in quasi-experimental design studies, which underpin every new municipal contract.
Recognition
The technical uniqueness of the DHF Saúde Platform is certified by a Special Certificate issued by ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies), an entity recognized by the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) as proof of exclusivity in direct public software procurement.
DHF Saúde is part of the NEXUS ecosystem, the innovation hub of the São José dos Campos Technology Park (PIT), and of the Conecta Funpec program of the Norte-Rio-Grandense Foundation for Research and Culture. The company also takes part in Prodesp for Startups, an initiative of the São Paulo State Government that eases startups' access to the São Paulo public market.
